We can copy you on all booking emails if you'd like (some people like to see it, others prefer just a monthly summary). Additionally, you will have access to the listings and can review bookings and communication at any time.
We advertise locally for cleaners and home maintenance professionals with experience in short-term rentals. We contact the applicants, conduct the interviews, and contract with. We have systems and processes in place for managing these support teams to ensure high-quality work.
Yes, most contracts have an end or cancel clause. We can look at that with you and strategize the best way to end your current contract with the least hassle and lost revenue.
We use a channel manager called Hospitable to ensure bookings and messages sync between platforms. We use the best dynamic pricing software on the market.
This is up to the owners. In properties we own, we generally do not allow pets since it's so much more work for the cleaning team and almost impossible to fully remove signs of pets (hair, scratches, etc).
We will inventory and manage them for you, so this is not something you need to think about.
This is totally up to you, it's your property! But we will advise you on the financial impact of using the property during peak season or holidays to help you decide if that's a tradeoff you want to make.
We will create a basic direct booking site which can be a great way to reduce fees and maximize ROI on off-platform marketing.
